We love taking our time to ensure we get your unit right the first time, we also usually have a high volume of orders. That being said, we advise you place your order 4-8 weeks ahead of time to ensure you get it in time. Please contact us with your need by date before placing your order to be sure we can acommodate!

We make all of our wigs by hand on the sewing machine in house, we collect your head size information upon ordering to ensure a proper fit. We also sew adjustable elastic bands on all closure wigs to ensure a more snug blanket of security to assist in the true glueless experience.

Absolutely! We love bringing your dream hair ideas to life, from changing the lace size, to color tweaks, to completely different wigs altogether from what's available on the site!
